Desk Drift only publishes products when there is a verified fulfillment path and a clear shipping promise.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery windows

Estimated delivery windows shown on the product page and order confirmation are the best current estimate for that item. We aim to prioritize products with shorter, clearly disclosed delivery times.

If a carrier, supplier, or inventory issue affects delivery timing, we will update the order status as soon as practical.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order is processed. Paid orders should receive tracking information or an explicit pending-status update within 2 business days.
