Returns

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if available. We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items

Items marked final sale, used items, and products returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return. Custom, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
