Shipping, returns, and product rules

Desk Drift keeps the store small on purpose. Products stay public only while the supplier path, checkout, stock, and buyer promise are clear.

Shipping

Physical products ship through the listed supplier route, including Shopify Collective where shown. Final shipping cost and timing are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns

Return handling follows the supplier route for each item. If the return path is unclear or changes in a way that is unfair to buyers, the product gets pulled.

What we will not sell

No fake reviews, fake scarcity, protected-logo goods, hidden shipping promises, high-liability products, or vague marketplace imports.

Cap-test rule

When Desk Drift runs a paid test, the spend stays capped. A product is killed if early traffic shows no buying signal, and it only scales after checkout intent and fulfillment terms stay clean.
